Concrete manufacturing does not have to be backward-looking, although we work with a large proportion of handcraft, we use digital drawing and manufacturing processes in many places. From the product idea and the paper sketches, we develop a 3D model with which we approach the final design.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Now the magical transformation from the digital world to real life begins - the prototype is getting ready. We have several techniques to choose from, mostly our 3D printers do the job overnight. The surface of the prototype is still rough and does not meet our requirements. The surface finish and the construction of the framework are done with a lot of experience and passion. As this step is very important for the future surface quality, we take a lot of time and we also go the extra mile for you. Through years of experience, an impressive machine park and nights of trial and error, we have developed methods that have enabled us to create soft and perfect concrete surfaces.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Now that all the groundwork has been completed, it's time to pour the concrete. We use our own specially developed design concrete<\/a> to achieve maximum results for you. With a trained eye and concentration, the concrete is dosed, mixed and quickly filled into the molds to take advantage of the sweet spot of the material.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

\nConcrete solution<\/span><\/h3>\n

After curing, the components are unmolded and set aside to dry. The next step is to sand the underside where the pouring was made. This is followed by gluing the feet to protect your surfaces. Next step is the sealing of the concrete surface. In order to achieve a sufficiently dirt-repellent effect, we rely on a 2-step process with which we have had the best experience.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

We develop the wooden parts out of locally felled oak wood. For the ongoing production, we get help from a small and fine carpenter's workshop that produces your wooden components in traditional craftsmanship with passionate master carpenters.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Each product requires at least 30 different working steps. Some objects take up to 70 steps in which we take your unique piece in our hands again and again to develop it into a finished product.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
